Pillstories.com is a global platform for sharing stories, information, and opinions about a drug so ubiquitous it’s known simply as “the Pill.”

The birth control pill has transformed human society, affecting everything from traditional gender roles to demographics, the economy, religion and sexuality. Today, over 100 million women around the world are on the pill, making it one of the most widely used prescription drugs of all time. In the 50 years since its introduction, the role of the oral contraceptive in society has evolved significantly.

Pillstories.com is a home for women (and men) to share personal stories about their experiences with the birth control pill.

This website is a project of Pattern Films and is being developed in conjunction with a new feature documentary film about the birth control pill.
